What does the store sell?
Professional music-community merch: apparel, caps, mugs, tote bags, stickers and selected print pieces connected to Resonance Music & Community.
How does production work?
Many items are made on demand through connected fulfillment partners. Production starts after checkout, which reduces unnecessary stock.
When are shipping costs shown?
Shipping is calculated in Shopify checkout based on destination, products and available carrier options. See Shipping Information before buying.
Can I return or exchange merch?
Start with Returns & Refunds. For apparel, check sizing before checkout because made-on-demand products are produced after purchase.
Which size should I choose?
Use the Size & Fit Guide. Choose your normal size for regular fit and size up for a looser merch look or hoodie layering.
How do I contact support?
Use Contact and include your order number if you already purchased.
