This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the fulfillment and delivery of orders placed through our store. All orders are processed in cooperation with our fulfillment partners Printful and Printify.

Order Processing
Orders are typically fulfilled within 3 to 7 business days after confirmation of payment. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and production requirements.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and are as follows:
– United States: 3 to 4 business days
– Europe: 6 to 8 business days
– Australia: 2 to 14 business days
– Japan: 4 to 8 business days
– International: 10 to 20 business days

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing or carrier disruptions.

Fulfillment and Logistics
We operate with an on-demand production model and utilize global fulfillment facilities. This allows for efficient processing and shipping depending on the customer’s location.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international shipments, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are beyond our control.

The customer is solely responsible for any such charges. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information prior to placing an order.

Delivery Issues
If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, you are required to:
– verify your shipping confirmation details
– check with your local postal service
– check with neighbors or household members

If the shipment cannot be located, please contact us at info@rnc4music.com, including your order number.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a replacement shipment may be arranged. In such cases, the customer bears the cost of reshipping.

Lost or Undelivered Shipments
In cases where a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, provided the claim is submitted within the applicable timeframe.

Relationship to Return Policy
Returns, refunds, and withdrawal rights are governed separately under our Return & Refund Policy. Customers within the European Union retain their statutory rights under Directive 2011/83/EU.

Exchanges and Product Issues
We do not offer standard exchanges. If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers must contact us without undue delay and provide relevant details (including order number and photographic evidence).

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Hygiene and Sealed Goods
Certain products may not be eligible for return once unsealed due to health or hygiene reasons. Such restrictions are defined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Applicable Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Austria and the European Union. In the event of discrepancies arising from translations, the English version shall prevail.
