1. What types of clothing do you offer?
We offer a range of stylish and comfortable clothing, including the RNC Essential Artist's Classic Tee, RNC Classic Staple Tank Top, and RNC Classic Signature V-Neck Tee. Our products are designed to reflect your unique style and taste.
2. What is your focus when it comes to sustainability?
At Resonance Music and Community, we prioritize sustainability. We strive to create products that are environmentally friendly and promote a more sustainable world.
3. How long does it take to fulfill and ship orders?
Orders are usually fulfilled within 3–7 days and then shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
4. What is your refund policy?
If you find your order to be misprinted, damaged, or defective, please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving your product. For packages lost in transit, claims should be submitted no more than 30 days after the projected delivery date. We will cover the associated costs if the error is determined to be on our part.
Returns are to be directed to the default address, the Printful facility. Any unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. If an address other than the Printful facility is used for returns, you are responsible for any returned shipments.
For health or hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks. We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, except for customers in Brazil. Please reach out to us before returning any products.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Please refer to our sizing charts in each product's description to ensure the best fit. If you receive an item that is mislabeled, please contact us within a week of receiving your order with photos of the mislabeled item and your order number. We will send you a new one or issue a refund.
6. Are there any additional customs and tax fees for international orders?
Yes, additional customs and tax fees may occur on international orders. These fees are beyond our control and are assessed by your local customs office. Please check with your local customs office to see if duties and taxes apply to your purchases.
