General Information
Resonance Music & Community is committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy governs all purchases made through our store and complies with applicable laws of Austria and the European Union.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt. Upon verification that the defect is attributable to us or our fulfillment partners (Printful or Printify), we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.

Lost Shipments
In the event that your order is lost in transit, you are required to submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Where the loss is confirmed, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement sent to info@rnc4music.com. You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of your withdrawal notice. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized, to products manufactured on demand (including print-on-demand merchandise), or to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Returns and Fulfillment
All products are manufactured and fulfilled by our partners Printful and Printify. Returns must be coordinated with us prior to shipment and must be sent to the designated fulfillment facility. Returns sent without prior authorization or to an incorrect address may not be processed. Unless otherwise agreed, customers bear the cost of return shipping, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Delivery Issues and Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer or due to failure to collect the shipment, the order will be returned to the fulfillment facility. In such cases, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs. Unclaimed returns may be stored for a period of up to 30 days and may thereafter be disposed of or donated at our discretion.

Exclusion of Returns for Buyer’s Remorse
As all products are manufactured on demand, returns based on change of mind, incorrect size selection, or subjective dissatisfaction are excluded. Exchanges or replacements may be offered on a voluntary basis and at our sole discretion.

Hygiene and Sealed Goods
Products that are sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons cannot be returned once unsealed. Such items are not eligible for resale or redistribution.

Refund Processing
Once a return or claim has been approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Applicable Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Austria and the European Union. In the event of discrepancies arising from translations, the English version shall prevail.
